# Public release receipts

One content-addressed public release receipt exists:

- [`DDR-0005`](public-receipts/DDR-0005.md) — *Constitutional Commitments*, derived from the
  owner-released private Constitution after an affirmative override of its confidentiality marking.

A future entry will name the public artifact, its SHA-256 digest, release decision identifier,
decision date, claim-status summary, license, and supersession state. It will not expose private
review notes or excluded material.

The absence of a receipt is rendered as `none` and prevents a shell from being mistaken for released
source-derived content.
