# Consullo public research record

Consullo is a research program for governed recursive capability amplification. This site exposes
the boundary of the public record: what is specified, what is proposed, what evidence exists, and
what remains unavailable pending release review.

## Begin with the boundary

This is not a product site or an assurance report. It does not claim present AGI or ASI, operational
success, or independent validation. Most substantive research pages are intentionally shells.
