# Relationship to the Open ASI Governance Forum

Stephen Reed operates both Consullo and the
[Open ASI Governance Forum](https://open-asi-governance.github.io/open-asi-governance-forum/),
which remain institutionally separate. Consullo may study, cite, or test candidate mechanisms from
the Forum; shared operation does not create Forum supervision, enforcement, audit, sponsorship, or
endorsement of Consullo.

Any future reference to a Forum control must preserve two separate records:

1. the Forum source status and its complete limitation; and
2. Consullo application evidence, which may be `none`.

The records must not be collapsed into a score, badge, maturity level, or system-wide assurance
statement. The source is pinned for deliberate review at Forum commit
