# Disclosures and corrections

The corpus is LLM-assisted, directed and reviewed by Stephen Reed, who is answerable for its public
claims. See [`NOTICE.md`](../../NOTICE.md) for attribution and licensing boundaries.

## Correction register

No public corrections have been recorded. This means no correction entry exists; it does not mean
the corpus contains no errors.

Future entries will identify the affected artifact and claim IDs, the previous and corrected
language, the reason, date, and any superseding release receipt. Corrections will not silently erase
the existence of the earlier statement.
